| 目的 调查并分析冠心病PCI术后患者运动恐惧现状及其影响因素。 方法 选取2022年7月至12月收治于上海市某三甲医院心内科住院的283例冠心病PCI术后患者,采用一般资料调查表、心脏疾病运动恐惧量表和运动自我效能量表进行调查。 结果 283例PCI术后患者运动恐惧得分为(43.12±4.55)分,89.75%的患者存在运动恐惧(>37分)；运动自我效能得分为(4.51±1.97)分,处于中等水平。相关性分析结果显示,冠心病PCI术后患者运动自我效能与运动恐惧呈负相关(r=-0.559,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,影响冠心病PCI术后患者运动恐惧的因素由大到小依次为：运动自我效能、心功能III级、文化程度大专/大学及以上、心功能II级、年龄和睡眠异常(P<0.05)。 结论 89.75%的冠心病PCI术后患者存在运动恐惧,医护人员应及时评估患者的运动恐惧水平,改善相关影响因素,缓解患者运动恐惧。 |

| Objective To investigate the status quo of kinesiophobia in patients with coronary heart disease after Percotaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) and its influencing factors. Methods From July to December 2022,283 patients with PCI admitted to the Grade 3A hospital in Shanghai were selected as subjects. They were investigated using General Information Questionnaire, Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart of China (TSK-Heart-C) and Self-efficacy for exercise (SEE). Results The kinesiophobia score was (43.12 ± 4.55) points, and 89.75% of them had movement fear (> 37). The exercise self-efficacy score was (4.51±1.97) points, which was in the moderate level. There was a negative correlation between kinesiophobia and self-efficacy (r=-0.559,P<0.001；). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables with a large to small effect on the kinesiophobia of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were: exercise self-efficacy, cardiac function 3, education level over college, cardiac function 2,age and sleep quality(P<0.05). Conclusion 89.75% of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI suffer from kinesiophobia. Nurses should evaluate the kinesiophobia and reduce the level of fear of exercise by intervening these related factors. |
