| 目的 探讨口腔健康自我管理能力在青少年固定正畸患者自我效能与口腔健康相关生活质量之间的中介作用。方法 2022年8～12月,采用一般情况调查表、一般自我效能量表、口腔健康影响程度量表、青少年固定正畸患者口腔健康自我管理能力问卷,对上海市2所公立口腔专科医院的230名青少年固定正畸患者进行调查。结果 青少年固定正畸患者口腔健康相关生活质量总分为(16.95±7.61)分,自我效能与口腔健康相关生活质量呈正相关(r = -0.763,P＜0.01),自我效能可以直接作用于口腔健康相关生活质量,也可以通过口腔健康自我管理能力产生间接作用,直接效应为-0.840,占总效应的86.07%,间接效应为-0.136,占总效应的13.93%。结论 青少年固定正畸患者的口腔健康相关生活质量有待改善,医务人员可以依据自我效能对口腔健康相关生活质量的作用路径制定干预方案,开展口腔健康指导,从而提高患者口腔健康相关生活质量,获得更好的矫治效果。 |

| Objective To explore the mediating effect of oral health self-management ability between self-efficacy and oral health related quality of life in adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics. Methods From August 2022 to December 2022, 230 adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics in two public stomatology hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by the general information questionnaire, General self-efficacy Scale (GSES), Oral Health impact scale (OHIP-14), Oral health self-management ability questionnaire. Results The total score of OHIP-14 for adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics was (16.95±7.61). Self-efficacy was positively correlated with oral health related quality of life (r=-0.763, P < 0.01). Self-efficacy could directly affect oral health related quality of life, but also indirectly through oral health self-management ability. The direct effect was -0.840, accounting for 86.07% of the total effect, and the indirect effect was -0.136, accounting for 13.93% of the total effect. Conclusion The oral health related quality of life of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics needs to be improved,Medical staff should develop intervention strategies and carry out oral health guidance based on the path self-efficacy affects oral health related quality of life, to improve the level of oral health related quality of life and obtain better orthodontic effect. |
