| 目的 本研究旨在应用社会生态理论模型探析女大学生的人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）疫苗接种犹豫的真实感受 和影响因素，为国内后续开展HPV疫苗接种干预及相关研究提供理论依据。方法 采用目的抽样法，选取2023年2－4月在嘉兴市某大学就读的17名女大学生为访谈对象，基于社会生态理论模型确定访谈提纲，并进行半结构化访谈，归纳分析访谈资料。结果 根据质性访谈结果将女大学生HPV疫苗接种犹豫的相关因素总结为3个主题10个亚主题 ,微观系统层面：女大学生的HPV及HPV疫苗相关知识和认知不足（不了解HPV疫苗，认为自身HPV感染的风险低，对性经历与接种HPV疫苗关系的误解，对HPV疫苗的不信任）、中观系统层面：女大学生HPV疫苗接种决策和接种行为受社会环境影响（跟随同伴的行为和决策意向，听从家长建议，认为无法获得准确全面的HPV疫苗信息，受到HPV疫苗污名化舆论影响）、宏观系统层面：女大学生HPV疫苗接种的经济负担重及社会保障有待完善（HPV疫苗的接种成本高，HPV疫苗供应少及接种不便利）共同影响HPV疫苗犹豫的产生。结论 女大学生HPV疫苗犹豫现状普遍存在，受社会生态理论模型各层面复杂因素影响，应引起更多的关注，建议家庭、学校、社会通过加强相关宣传教育工作、给予政策支持及完善HPV疫苗接种服务体系以阻碍HPV疫苗接种的犹豫影响因素，调动女大学生接种疫苗的积极性，提高HPV疫苗覆盖率。 |

| Objective This study aims to explore the true feelings and influencing factors of female college students' hesitance to receive human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination using the social ecological theory model, providing a theoretical basis for subsequent HPV vaccination interventions and related research in China.Methods Using purposive sampling, 17 female college students who were studying at a university in Jiaxing from February to April 2023 were selected as interview subjects. Based on the social ecological theory model, an interview outline was determined and a semi-structured interview was conducted to summarize and analyze the interview data. Results Based on the results of the qualitative interviews, the relevant factors influencing female college students' hesitation towards HPV vaccination were summarized into 3 themes with 10 sub-themes. At the microsystem level, factors include inadequate knowledge and cognition regarding HPV and HPV vaccines among female college students (lack of understanding of HPV vaccines, perception of low risk of HPV infection, misunderstanding of the relationship between sexual experience and HPV vaccination, and distrust of public opinions regarding HPV vaccines). At the meso system level: HPV vaccination decisions and vaccination behaviors of female college students are influenced by social environment (following peers' behavior and decision-making intentions, following parents' suggestions, believing that accurate and comprehensive HPV vaccine information cannot be obtained, and influenced by public opinion on HPV vaccine stigma) At the macrosystem level, the heavy financial burden of HPV vaccination for female college students and the need for improved social security (high cost of HPV vaccination, limited supply of HPV vaccines, and inconvenience in accessing vaccination services) jointly contribute to the hesitancy towards HPV vaccination. |
