| 【】目的 调查扬州市维持性血液透析患者社会疏离感现状及其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取扬州市3家三甲医院270例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、一般疏离量表、社会影响量表及简易应付方式问卷进行调查。结果 维持性血液透析患者社会疏离感得分为(43.79±4.57)分。社会影响得分与社会疏离感得分呈正相关、积极应对与社会疏离感得分呈负相关、消极应对与社会疏离感得分呈正相关(均P＜0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,透析龄、合并症、是否为家庭主要收入来源者、社会影响及消极应对是维持性血液透析患者社会疏离的主要影响因素。结论 扬州市维持性血液透析患者社会疏离呈中等偏上水平。医护人员可以结合维持性血液透析患者社会疏离感的不同影响因素,采取针对性的干预措施,降低维持性血液透析患者社会疏离感水平,进而帮助患者重返社会。 |

| 【】 Objective?? To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of social alienation in maintenance hemodialysis patients in Yangzhou city. Methods?? A total of 270 maintenance hemodialysis patients from 3 top hospitals in Yangzhou were selected by convenience sampling method. General situation questionnaire, general distancing Scale, social impact Scale and simple coping style questionnaire were used to investigate. Results?? The social alienation score of maintenance hemodialysis patients was (43.79±4.57). Social impact scores were positively correlated with social alienation scores, positive coping scores were negatively correlated with social alienation scores, and negative coping scores were positively correlated with social alienation scores (all P < 0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that dialysis age, comorbidities, whether the family was the main source of income, social influence and negative coping were the main influencing factors of social alienation in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Conclusion?? The social distancing of maintenance hemodialysis patients in Yangzhou was above the medium level.Medical staff can combine the different influencing factors of social alienation of maintenance hemodialysis patients, take targeted intervention measures to reduce the level of social alienation of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and then help patients to return to society. |
