| 《健康中国2030》规划纲要提出大力发展中医非药物疗法，使其在常见病、多发病和慢性病防治中发挥独特作用，发展中医特色康复服务。在健康中国战略背景下，围绕“大健康”理念，普及中医养生知识,具有广泛的社会需求。文章提出了当前中医科普工作面临的挑战或问题，即容易混淆概念、缺乏科学证据、观念陈旧、缺乏规范标准等，同时结合中医科普工作现状，分析中医健康科普工作的重要性。以慢病中医养生、急救和疾病预防知识为科普内容主体，以老年人群为核心，推出中医科普服务体系模型，具有时代意义与社会价值。 |

| Abstract:The Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan proposes to vigorously develop TCM non-drug therapy, so that it can play a unique role in the prevention and treatment of common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and chronic diseases, and develop TCM rehabilitation services with characteristics. In the context of healthy China strategy, the concept of "big health" and the popularization of TCM health knowledge have a wide range of social needs. This paper puts forward the challenges or problems faced by the current TCM science popularization work, that is, easy to confuse concepts, lack of scientific evidence, outdated concepts, lack of norms and standards, etc. At the same time, combined with the current situation of TCM science popularization work, analyzes the importance of TCM health science popularization work, advocates the traditional Chinese medicine health preservation, first aid and disease prevention knowledge as the main content of science popularization, with the elderly population as the core. The establishment of rules and regulations, the establishment of nursing science popularization team, the model, the whole establishment of TCM science popularization service system, has the significance of The Times and social value. |
