| 妊娠期糖尿病是一种常见的产科并发症，易导致早产等严重不良妊娠结局的发生，进而增加新生儿转归不良的风险，严重威胁新生儿的健康。加强妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理行为及意识，才能更有效地利用医疗资源提早进行干预。在临床研究过程中，提高妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理行为的重点在于全面了解其自我管理意识，如何选择合适的自我管理评估工具对准确识别自我管理意识薄弱的妊娠期糖尿病患者十分关键。本文介绍目前妊娠期糖尿病孕期在评价其自我管理水平时常用的量表，对其本土化、信效度、缺陷及应用情况等方面进行概括分析、对比，旨在为准确、全面评估妊娠期糖尿病孕期自我管理能力提供参考，也为相关的研究及应用提供思路。 |

| Gestational diabetes mellitus is a common obstetric complication that predisposes to the occurrence of serious adverse pregnancy outcomes such as preterm labor, which in turn increases the risk of poor neonatal transition and poses a serious threat to neonatal health. Enhancing self-management behaviors and awareness in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can lead to more effective use of medical resources for early intervention. In the course of clinical research, the focus of improving self-management behavior of gestational diabetes mellitus patients is to comprehensively understand their self-management awareness, and how to choose the appropriate self-management assessment tool is very critical to accurately identify gestational diabetes mellitus patients with weak self-management awareness. This paper introduces the commonly used scales in evaluating the self-management level of gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy, and provides an overview, analysis and comparison of their localization, reliability and validity, defects, and application, with the aim of providing references for accurately and comprehensively evaluating the self-management ability of gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy, as well as providing ideas for related research and application. |
