| 目的 了解冠心病PCI术后患者生活质量现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取于2020年7月至2021年2月在某三级甲等综合性医院心内科住院的375例冠心病PCI术后患者，以生物-心理-社会医学模式为理论框架，使用一般资料调查问卷、12条目简明健康调查量表、广泛性焦虑量表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表及一般自我效能感量表进行调查，采用两独立样本t检验、方差分析及多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果 冠心病PCI术后患者生活质量总分为（90.11±11.64）分，多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、性别、居住地、医疗付费方式、BNP及焦虑、抑郁是冠心病PCI术后患者生活质量的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论 冠心病PCI术后患者生活质量较差，但不同特征的患者其生活质量存在差异，因此护理人员要在出院前对患者进行个性化的指导，既要关注患者的生理指标，又要关注其心理状态。 |

| Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From July 2020 to February 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 375 patients with CHD after PCI who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of a Class 3 Grade A general hospital. The general information questionnaire, the 12-item Short Form Health Survey, the General Anxiety Scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire-Depression Scale and the General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to investigate. Two independent samples t-test, analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors. Results The total score of quality of life in patients with CHD after PCI was (90.10±11.17). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, gender, place of residence, BNP, anxiety and depression influence the quality of life in patients with CHD after PCI (P < 0.05). Conclusions The quality of life of patients with CHD after PCI is generally poor, but there are differences in the quality of life of patients with different characteristics, so the nurses should give individualized guidance, pay attention to the patients’ physiological indicators and their psychological state. |
