| 目的 分析国内ERAS应用的热点和趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)和万方的科技核心期刊刊登的文献,检索词为ERAS、加速康复外科、快速康复外科、ERAS护理,检索时间为2000年1月至2023年9月。运用CiteSpace软件对文献进行计量和可视化分析。结果 我国ERAS研究成果在科技核心期刊的载文量呈上升趋势,期刊载文量最多的是中华现代护理杂志,发文量最多的研究机构是四川大学华西医院胸外科,研究机构网络密度为0.0026,核心作者发文量占总数的17.2%,核心作者群尚未产生；当前热点是围手术期、快速康复、护理和腹腔镜；新兴方向是胃癌术后预康复、肺肿瘤日间手术、老年人康复护理、专家共识和循证护理。结论 我国ERAS研究需加强作者间及机构间合作。未来预康复、循证护理、专家共识等是研究热点。 |

| Objective To analyse the hotspots and trends of ERAS application in China and provide reference for subsequent research. Methods Literature published in Chinese Science and Technology Journal Citation Report (Core Edition) from China Knowledge Network (CNKI) and Wanfang was searched for the search terms ERAS, accelerated rehabilitation surgery, rapid rehabilitation surgery, and ERAS nursing, and the search period was from January 2000 to September 2023. CiteSpace software was used to measure and visualise the literature. Results China"s ERAS research results in scientific and technological core journals carried an upward trend, the journal with the most articles was the Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing, the research institution with the most articles was the Department of Thoracic Surgery of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and the density of the network of the research institutions was 0.0026, the core authors" articles accounted for 17.2% of the total, and the core author group had not yet been created; the current hotspots were perioperative, rapid rehabilitation, nursing and laparoscopy; emerging hotspots are postoperative prehabilitation for gastric tumours, day surgery for lung tumours, rehabilitation care for the elderly, expert consensus and evidence-based care. Conclusion ERAS research in China needs to strengthen inter-author and inter-institutional cooperation. In the future, prehabilitation, evidence-based care, and expert consensus are the hotspots for research. |
