| 目的 探讨药熨联合引阳入阴推拿对肛肠科术后患者的影响。方法 选择2022年6月-12月在本院治疗的肛肠科术后患者310例进行为期3天的跟踪观察,按信封法随机分为两组,观察组采用药熨联合引阳入阴推拿,对照组不采取提前干预,仅对患者进行对症治疗。以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)作为参考依据自制睡眠质量评价表作为评价标准,术后3天,每日对患者中医操作及进行评价。结果 观察组的失眠严重指数明显减轻,自我感觉良好,与对照组相比有统计学差异,P＜0.05。结论 药熨联合引阳入阴推拿对肛肠科术后患者的睡眠情况有较明显的改善作用,且护理操作简便、经济实惠,是较好的中医护理。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of medicinal ironing combined with yang into yin tuina on postoperative patients of proctology. Methods A total of 310 postoperative patients in proctology treated in our hospital from June to December 2022 were selected for 3-day follow-up observation, and randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method, the observation group was treated with medicine ironing combined with yang into yin tuina, and the control group did not take any advance intervention, and only symptomatic treatment was carried out for the patients. Taking the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) as a reference and self-made sleep quality evaluation form as the evaluation standard, see Annex 1, 3 days after surgery, daily Chinese medicine operation and evaluation of patients. Results The insomnia severity index of the observation group was significantly reduced, and the self-feeling good was statistically different compared with the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The combination of medicinal ironing combined with yang into yin tuina has a significant effect on improving the sleep status of patients after proctology surgery, and the nursing operation is simple and economical, which is a better TCM nursing. |
