| 目的:探讨不同延迟断脐时间对母儿结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2023年2月-2023年6月在本院经阴道分娩的228例足月妊娠分娩产妇及其新生儿,根据新生儿延迟断脐时间的不同分为四组,30-90s组49例、 91-150s组105例、151-210s组49例、＞210s组25例。比较四组新生儿出生24h、48h经皮胆红素水平、病理性黄疸发生率、光疗率、光疗时间、出生2h血糖水平以及产妇第三产程时间和产后2h阴道出血量。结果:不同延迟断脐时间产妇第三产程时间和产后2h阴道出血量的比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；不同延迟断脐时间新生儿胆红素水平、病理性黄疸发生率、光疗率、光疗时间及血糖水平的比较均无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论:不同延迟断脐时间不会增加新生儿病理性黄疸、低血糖及产妇出血的风险,无论是延迟断脐时间长短或者脐带停止搏动时间长短对母儿均无显著不良影响。 |

| Objective investigate the effect of different time of late umbilical cord amputation on maternal and fetal outcome. Methods 228 full-term pregnant women and their newborns who were delivered through vagina in our hospital from February 2023 to June 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. according to the time of late umbilical severing, the newborns were divided into four groups: 30-90s group (n = 49), 91-150s group (n = 105), 151-210s group (n = 49) and > 210s group (n = 25). The levels of percutaneous bilirubin at 24 and 48 hours after birth, the incidence of pathological jaundice, the rate of phototherapy,the time of phototherapy, the level of blood glucose at 2 hours after birth, the time of the third stage of labor and the amount of vaginal bleeding at 2 hours after delivery were compared among the four groups. Results there was no significant difference in the time of the third stage of labor and the amount of vaginal bleeding 2 hours after delivery (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of neonatal bilirubin, the incidence of pathological jaundice, the rate of phototherapy and the level of blood glucose (P > 0.05). Conclusion different time of late umbilical cord cutting does not increase the risk of neonatal pathological jaundice, hypoglycemia and maternal hemorrhage. No matter the time of late umbilical cord cutting or the time of umbilical cord stopping beating, it has no significant adverse effect on mother and infant. |
