| 目的 探讨基于“BOPPPS+线上线下”混合模式的孕妇学校的开展产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法分组，对照组采用常规母乳喂养指导，观察组采用基于“BOPPPS+线上线下”混合的健康教育方法。比较两组产后泌乳启动时间、母乳喂养自我效能、乳腺相关并发症发生情况及出院时纯母乳喂养率。结果 泌乳启动时间对照组晚于观察组，母乳喂养自我效能对照组低于观察组，乳腺相关并发症发生率对照组高于观察组，出院时纯母乳喂养率对照组低于观察组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 基于“BOPPPS+线上线下”混合模式的孕妇学校的开展能促进产妇对母乳喂养相关知识和技能的掌握，提高早期纯母乳喂养成功率。 |

| Objective To explore the impact of maternal breastfeeding in maternity schools based on the mixed model of "BOPPPS+ online and offline". Methods Random number table method was used to divide the patients into groups. The control group was given routine breastfeeding instruction, and the observation group was given health education method based on "BOPPPS+ online and offline". The initiation time of postpartum lactation, breast-feeding self-efficacy, occurrence of mammary gland related complications and exclusive breast-feeding rate at discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The lactation initiation time of the control group was later than that of the observation group, the breastfeeding self-efficacy control group was lower than that of the observation group, the incidence of mammary gland related complications of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, and the exclusive breastfeeding rate at discharge of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The development of pregnant women schools based on the mixed mode of "BOPPPS+ online and offline" can promote the mastery of maternal knowledge and skills related to breastfeeding, and improve the success rate of early exclusive breastfeeding. |
