| 目的 汉化儿童报告版与父母代报告版儿童整体健康量表，并进行测量学检验，为丰富患者报告结局测量系统。方法 采用国际标准的慢性病治疗功能评价翻译方法对原量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查，选取104名5～7岁的儿童父母和123名8岁及以上的儿童以分别检验２个量表的信效度，并对测量数据进行Rasch模型分析。结果 儿童报告版粗分总分为35.46（±5.00），总Cronbach’s=0.863；父母代报告版粗分总分为36.71（±4.44）；总Cronbach’s α=0.843。验证性因子分析显示两个量表的模型适配均是良好；标准化残差相关系数均<0.7；项目特征曲线均单调性递增，可行Rasch模型分析。儿童报告版PGH7+2量表的Rasch模型可以解释变异数的81.7%，父母代报告版量表模型可解释变异数的83.9%，但其首成分标准化残差特征根值均为2.7＞2.1，提示量表具有多维性可能。结论 两量表整体上均具有良好的信效度，可用于评价儿童的整体健康状况，但部分条目还需继续文化调适。 |

| Objective To translate the child reporting version and parent proxy reporting version Pediatric Global Health scale(PGH7+2) into Chinese, and to test its measurement results. Methods The original two scales were translated into Chinese version through the procedure of double back translation，cross cultural adaptation, and pre test using the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy Method. 104 parents whose children aged 5-7 and 123 children aged 8 and above were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the two scales, and the data were analyzed using the Rasch model. Results The child reporting version PGH7+2 score was 35.46 (±5.00), with a total Cronbach's α of 0.863. The parent proxy reporting PGH7+2 score was 36.71 (±4.44), with a total Cronbach's α of 0.843.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that both scales fit well. The standardized residual correlation coefficients were all <0.7;The characteristic curves of the items were monotonically increasing, which could be analyzed by Rasch model.The Rasch model of child reporting version PGH7+2 and parent proxy reporting PGH7+2 could explain 81.7% and 83.9% of the variance, respectively. However, the eigenvalues of the standardized residual of the first component were 2.7 > 2.1, suggesting that the scale had multidimensional potential. Conclusion Both scales have good reliability and validity on the whole, and can be used to evaluate the overall health status of children, but some items need to continue cultural adjustment. |
