| 目的 探讨中药烫熨联合督脉灸在脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者康复中的应用价值。方法 纳入分析2021年3月～2023年2月在我院行康复治疗的120例脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者,根据随机数字表法将入选的患者分为研究组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采用康复训练,研究组在康复训练基础上采用中药烫熨+督脉灸干预,干预4周时进行效果评价,评价指标包括肌张力分级、平衡能力、肢体运动功能、生活质量。结果 干预后,两组改良Ashworth量表(MAS)分级相比干预前降低,研究组分级低于对照组(P＜0.05)。干预后,两组运动椭圆面积相比干预前缩小,运动长度相比干预前缩短,研究组运动椭圆面积、运动长度均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。干预后,两组Fugl-Meyer功能评定量表(FMA)评分、脑卒中生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分相比干预前升高,研究组评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 中药烫熨联合督脉灸干预脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者能显著降低肌张力,促进平衡能力和肢体运动功能恢复,从而提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the application value of Chinese medicine ironing in the rehabilitation of stroke. Methods 120 patients with spastic hemiplegia from March 2021 to February 2023. The selected patients were divided into study group (60 cases) and control group (60 patients) according to the random number table method. The control group used rehabilitation training, and the research group used traditional Chinese medicine ironing + moxibustion intervention on the basis of rehabilitation training. The intervention was evaluated at 4 weeks. The evaluation indexes included muscle tone grading, balance ability, body movement function and quality of life. Results After the intervention, the modified Ashworth scale (MAS) grade was decreased compared to the intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). After the intervention, the area of motion ellipse in the two groups decreased compared with before the intervention, and the length of movement was shorter than before the intervention. The area and length of the study group were lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). After the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer Functional Rating Scale (FMA) score and Stroke Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL) score were increased compared with before the intervention, and the study group score was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with Du Mai moxibustion intervention in stroke spastic hemiplegia patients can significantly reduce muscle tension, promote the recovery of balance ability and body movement function, so as to improve the quality of life. |
