| 目的 OBE 理念已成为医学教育教学改革的重要理念,在专业课程教学中不仅提高了课堂教学效果,还对实现人才培养目标起着关键的作用。方法 本研究针对护理管理课程教学中的“主动难、理解难、应变难”问题,提出OBE理念下基于BOPPPS模型的护理管理学教学模式,并在74名大学四年级护理本科生中进行实施,通过问卷调查、课后反思、小组汇报对教学效果进行评价。结果 显示 90%以上的学生对总体教学设计、学习效果表示满意,提升了学习兴趣、综合能力；学生们积极参与到教学中、对专业知识学习达到了教学目标的要求、能举一反三地应对临床实践问题。结论 护理管理学课程取得了较好成效,实现了以成果为的导向教育理念,提高了知识的掌握度、理解度、应用度,学生从而获得成就感,形式正向循环,以期达成了预期的学习成果。 |

| Objactive The OBE concept has become an important concept in the teaching reform of medical education, which not only improves the effectiveness of classroom teaching in professional courses, but also plays a significant role in achieving the goal of talent training.Methods In this study, we proposed a teaching model of nursing management based on the BOPPPS model under the OBE concept, and implemented it among 74 fourth-year undergraduate nursing students, and evaluated the teaching effect through questionnaires, post-class reflections and group reports.Results The results showed that more than 90% of the students were satisfied with the overall teaching design and teaching effect, and improved their interest in learning and comprehensive ability; the students participated enthusiastically in the teaching, met the requirements of the teaching objectives for professional knowledge learning, and were able to respond to clinical practice problems by example. Conclusion The nursing management course has achieved good results, realizing the concept of result-oriented education, improving the mastery, understanding and application of knowledge, and students thus gaining a sense of accomplishment in the form of a positive loop, with a view to achieving the desired learning outcomes. |
