| 目的 探究“双一流”建设战略的背景下新入职护理学专业青年教师规范化培养模式。 方法 本研究采用混合式研究设计中的聚敛式设计,在2023年3月-2023年6月,选取了某高校护理学专业的31名教师进行了问卷调研,同时对11名教师进行了质性访谈。结果 根据调研和访谈结果,提炼出了关于新入职护理学专业青年教师规范化培养方案的五大需求,并制定了一套用于新入职青年教师规范化TEAM模式。结论 TEAM模式是基于护理学的学科特点、专业特点、教师需求进行了重建,这不仅体现了护理学专业教育质量的优化,还有利于人才高质量发展的内涵,旨在打造高水平的护理学专业师资队伍,为护理学科人才培养提供有力的支持。 |

| Objactive Exploring the standardised training model for new young nursing teachers in the context of the "double first-class" construction strategy. Methods This study adopted the convergent design of mixed research design. From March 2023 to June 2023, 31 nursing teachers in a university were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, and 11 teachers were interviewed qualitatively. Results Based on the survey and interview results, five requirements for standardized training programs for new young nursing teachers were extracted, and a standardized TEAM model for new young nursing teachers was developed. Conclusion The TEAM model is reconstructed based on the discipline characteristics, professional characteristics and teacher needs of nursing, which not only reflects the optimization of the quality of nursing education, but also facilitates the high-quality development of talents. It aims to build a high-level team of nursing teachers and provide strong support for the training of nursing talents. |
