| 目的：了解老年临床护士继续教育的现状和需求，并比较老年临床护士和管理者的需求。方法：采用横断面调查方法，调查了上海市三级甲等和二级医院老年病科、社区的231名老年临床护士。结果：过去一年有91.3%的护士参加继续教育活动，其中60.0%的人参加了6次以上的培训；护士对过去一年的继续教育培训总体上满意（83.5%）。参与培训的形式主要以理论授课为主，培训内容以老年护理和社区护理为主。然而，老年临床护士也提出了一些问题和需求，如培训名额不足、培训时间安排不合理和培训形式单一等。管理者认为护士在技术知识、实践能力和行业背景知识方面存在突出问题；还强调了护士需要提高心理素质、社交礼仪素质和身体素质等人文素质。结论：通过了解老年临床护士和管理者的需求，相关机构和管理者可以制定更符合实际情况的继续教育计划，并提供有针对性的支持和资源。这将有助于提升护士的知识水平、技能水平和综合素质，进而提高医疗服务的质量和安全性。 |

| Objective: This study aimed to understand the current status and needs of continuing education for geriatric clinical nurses, and to compare the needs of clinical nurses and managers. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 231 geriatric clinical nurses working in tertiary and secondary hospitals and community settings in Shanghai, China. Results: In the past year, 91.3% of nurses participated in continuing education, with 60.0% attending six or more training sessions. The majority (83.5%) of nurses expressed satisfaction with the continuing education training in the past year. The content of continuing education primarily consisted of theoretical lectures, focusing on geriatric nursing and community care. However, geriatric clinical nurses also raised some concerns and demands, such as insufficient training slots, inappropriate training schedules, and simple training formats. Managers believe that nurses have problems with technical knowledge, practical ability, and industry knowledge. Besides, they also emphasized the need for nurses to improve their humanistic qualities, including psychological quality, social connections, and physical fitness. Conclusion: By understanding the needs of geriatric clinical nurses and managers, relevant institutions and managers can develop more realistic continuing education programs and provide targeted support and resources. This will help improve the knowledge, skills and overall quality of nurses, thereby improving the quality and safety of medical services. |
