| 总结1例舌癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的围术期肺康复护理经验。其要点包括术前成立多学科团队,制定个体化围术期管理方案；术前实施预康复；术后气道廓清、早期活动、呼吸及气切封堵训练、吞咽功能训练,以及制定居家康复处方,定期随访。患者经过21d的围术期肺康复护理,于术后16d顺利出院,随访4个月,患者重返工作岗位。 |

| To summarize the perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation experience of a patient with tongue cancer combined with COPD. The key points included the establishment of a multidisciplinary team before surgery and the formulation of an individualized perioperative management plan; the implementation of pre-habilitation before surgery; the postoperative airway contouring, early activity, respiratory training and pneumonectomy sealing training, swallowing function training, as well as the formulation of home rehabilitation prescriptions and regular follow-up. After 18 days of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation care, the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital 16 days after surgery. At the 4-month follow-up after discharge, the patient had returned to work. |
