| 目的 研究卵巢癌手术后接受化疗的患者的出院准备情况、出院指导质量和社会支持之间的关系。方法 采用方便抽样的方法招募2021年10月至2022年7月上海复旦大学附属中山医院妇科肿瘤科收治的150名术后接受化疗的卵巢癌患者,采用一般资料调查表、中文版出院准备量表(RHDS)和中文版出院指导质量量表(QDTS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对150名患者进行调查,并分析患者出院准备度和出院指导质量、社会支持的相关性。结果 150例卵巢癌术后化疗患者出院准备度评分为(89.74±17.23)分、出院指导质量评分为(207.65±27.21)分、社会支持评分为(42.77±6.38)分,均处于中等水平。Pearson系数分析结果显示,患者出院准备度与出院指导质量、社会支持呈正相关(P＜0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,出院指导质量、社会支持是卵巢癌术后化疗患者出院准备度的影响因素(P＜0.05)。结论 出院指导质量与社会支持是卵巢癌术后化疗患者出院准备度的重要影响因素,患者在住院期间应实施有效干预提高患者出院准备度。 |

| Objective To explore the correlation between readiness for discharge and the quality of discharge instructions and social support for patients undergoing chemotherapy after ovarian cancer surgery. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to recruit 150 ovarian cancer patients admitted to the Department of Gynecologic Oncology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai from October 2020 to July 2021 who received postoperative chemotherapy. 150 patients were interviewed using the General Information Questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Readiness for Discharge Scale (RHDS) and the Chinese version of the Quality of Discharge Instructions Scale (QDTS), and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), and the correlation between patients" readiness for discharge and the quality of discharge instructions and social support was analyzed. |
