| 目的 了解护士使用护理机器人的体验与感受,为护理机器人推广应用提供参考。 方法 检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学数据库、中国知网、维普、万方等中英文数据库,收集关于护士使用护理机器人体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年7月。结果 共纳入14篇文献,提取49个研究结果,归纳9个类别,概括为3个整合结果：感知护理机器人为护士减负提质并促进职业认同；护理机器人设计与应用存在落差,不能完全满足临床护理多样化需求；存在多重职业担忧,期待建立更为完善的培训、管理、支持系统。 结论 使用护理机器人是时代发展的必然趋势,护理机器人仍有很大发展空间。未来对护理机器人的应用研究应该更加重视护士的感受,建立培训管理体系,完善软硬件设施,增加法律支持。 |

| Objective To understand the experiences of medical staff using nursing robots, and to provide a reference for the application of nursing robots in the future. Methods Researchers retrieved qualitative studies on medical staff’s experience using nursing robots from PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and WanFang data. The time limit is from the establishment of the database to July 2022. Results A total of 14 studies were included, from which 49 results were extracted, summarized 9 categories, and 3 themes were identified: perceiving nursing robots reducing nurses" burden, improving nurses" quality, and promoting their professional identity; the gap between the design and application of nursing robots preventing it meeting the diversified needs of clinical care; multiple career concerns existing and looking forward to the establishment of a training, management, support system. Conclusion Promoting the use of nursing robots is an inevitable trend. The application research of nursing robots should pay more attention to the needs and expectations of nurses, establishing a training management system, improving software and hardware facilities, and adding legal support. |
