| 【摘要】目的：了解社区护士从事“互联网+护理服务”的工作体验，为进一步优化“互联网+护理服务”提供依据。方法：采用目的抽样法选取2023年1月-6月上海市某区从事“互联网+护理服务”的40名社区护士进行工作体验的半结构化访谈，采用Colaizzi7步分析法分析访谈资料。结果：本研究提炼出3个主题：社区护士对“互联网+护理服务”的认知和意愿，“互联网+护理服务”存在的问题和挑战，社区护士对“互联网+护理服务”的期望和需求。结论：社区护士参与“互联网+护理服务”中收获了诸多积极体验，但工作开展中仍存在一些挑战。应充分重视社区护士的工作认知和需求，进一步推进其职业价值的提升，加强服务保障体系的建设，改善执业环境，完善系统培训，从而促进“互联网+护理服务”的有序发展。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To understand the work experience of community nurses engaged in "Internet + nursing service", and to provide basis for further optimization of "Internet + nursing service". Methods: 40 community nurses engaged in "Internet + nursing service" in a district of Shanghai were selected by objective sampling method to conduct semi-structured interviews on their work experience from January to June 2023, and the interview data were analyzed by ColaiZZI 7-step analysis method. Results: This study extracted three themes: community nurses' cognition and willingness to "Internet + nursing service", the existing problems and challenges of "Internet + nursing service", and community nurses' expectation and demand for "Internet + nursing service". Conclusion: Community nurses have gained many positive experiences in participating in "Internet + nursing service", but there are still some challenges in the work. We should pay full attention to the work cognition and needs of community nurses, further promote the promotion of their professional value, strengthen the construction of service security system, improve the practice environment, and improve the systematic training, so as to promote the orderly development of "Internet + nursing service". |
