| 疾病感知可以影响患者的健康管理行为,提升疾病感知能够改善心衰患者的治疗依从性,延缓疾病进展。目前,针对疾病感知的相关研究已在多个疾病领域中开展,该文通过对其相关概念、测量工具、影响因素进行总结分析,并且探讨了疾病感知对心力衰竭患者心理、应对方式及依从性的影响,以期为临床护理人员制定心力衰竭患者疾病感知的干预方案提供参考。 |

| Disease perception can affect the health management behavior of patients. Improving disease perception can improve the treatment compliance of patients with heart failure and delay the progression of the disease. At present, the research on disease perception has been carried out in many disease fields. This paper summarizes and analyzes its related concepts, measurement tools and influencing factors, and discusses the influence of disease perception on the psychology, coping style and compliance of patients with heart failure, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing staff to formulate intervention programs for disease perception in patients with heart failure.
