| 摘要：目的 探讨精细化护理管理方案对肺癌患者化疗继发血糖异常的应用效果。方法 选取92例2022年6月~2022年10月上海市肺科医院收治的肺癌化疗患者，按配对随机法分成试验组和对照组各46例。对照组施行基础护理，试验组在此基础上施行精细化护理管理方案，对比两组基本资料、血糖异常情况、血糖水平、血糖达标情况和生活满意度得分等。结果 两组各项基线资料对比无差异（P＞0.05），护理1、3个月后，试验组化疗后血糖异常发生率26.09%、6.52%分别低于对照组47.83、21.74%（P<0.05）。干预1、3个月后两组空腹血糖（Fasting blood glucose，FBG）指标下降，且试验组FBG指标低于对照组（P<0.05）。干预3个月后，两组糖化白蛋白（Glycated albumin，GA）、平均血糖（Meanbloodglucose，MBG）、糖化血红蛋白（Glycosylateddhemoglobin，HbAlc）指标、血糖高于目标范围时间（Time above range，TAR）和低于目标范围时间（Time below range，TBR）指标均降低，血糖值在目标范围内（Time in range，TIR）指标、生活满意度量表（Satisfaction with life scale，SWLS）得分上升；且试验组GA、MBG、HbAlc指标、TAR和TBR指标低于对照组，TIR指标、SWLS得分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在肺癌化疗患者的护理中，精细化护理管理方案有助于改善其血糖水平，降低血糖异常率，控制血糖波动，促进血糖达标。 |

| [Abstract] Objective Exploring the application effect for refined nursing management plan on chemotherapy induced secondary blood glucose abnormalities in lung cancer patients and its impact in life satisfaction. Method 92 lung cancer chemotherapy cases admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group (46 cases) and a control group (46 cases) according to the envelope method. The control group received basic care, on this basis, the experimental group implements a refined first care management plan. The two groups were compared in terms of Basic information, blood glucose abnormalities, blood glucose levels, serological test results, and life satisfaction scores ResultAfter There was no significant difference in baseline related data between the two groups (P>0.05).. 1 to 3 months of nursing, the incidence of blood glucose abnormalities after chemotherapy in the experimental group was 26.09% and 6.52%, which was lower than that in the control group 47.83% and 21.74% (P<0.05).).
