| 目的:研究不同时间更换钝针扣眼对内瘘穿刺并发症的观察,寻找最佳更换扣眼时间。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年12月我院120例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象。观察1组每6个月、观察2组每12个月更换一次钝针扣眼、对照3组常规不更换钝针扣眼。三组患者每6个月评估一次,24个月内累计观察完成。结果:三组患者内瘘血管壁增生随穿刺时间增加而明显,其中动脉扣眼增生x2值=31.285、静脉扣眼增生x2值=39.082、内瘘功能测定中血流量x2值=37.078、动脉压力x2值=34.691、静脉压力x2值=59.436,三组患者的局部感染及血管通路感染随穿刺时间延长而增加,三组及两两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论:定期更换扣眼穿刺可减少内瘘血管壁增生及失功,降低扣眼穿刺处感染等并发症,最佳更换扣眼穿刺点时间建议在6个月。 |

| Objective: To study the complications of puncture of arteriovenous fistula by changing blunt needle buttonhole at different time. Method:Find the time to change buttonhole From January 2022 to December 2023, 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected as the research objects Observation Group 1 (40 cases) changed blunt needle buttonholes every 6 months Observation Group 2 (40 cases) changed blunt needle buttonholes every 12 months Control Group 3 (40 cases) did not change blunt needle buttonholes routinely Three groups of patients were evaluated every 6 months, and the changes of internal fistula |
