| 目的 分析中期及慢性期脊髓损伤患者的积极度及其影响因素。方法 选取2020年11月至2022年11月在上海某康复医院脊髓损伤康复科住院的脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版患者积极度量表、一般自我效能量表和领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果 中期及慢性期脊髓损伤患者的积极度得分分别是（59.5±15.4）和（55.4±11.2）分，患者与健康生活方式有关的总体信念和认知层面6个条目（1-3、6、10和13）的同意率在88.7%及以上，其他7个健康问题的预防和医疗具体行为相关条目的同意率在70.8%和83.7%之间。多因素分析显示病程、自我效能和社会支持是中期及慢性期脊髓损伤患者积极度的影响因素，其中病程3～6个月的患者积极度得分最低。结论 中期及慢性期脊髓损伤患者的积极度处于一般水平，病程为3～6个月的脊髓损伤患者是重点关注对象。建议在开展自我管理干预时，聚焦预防和医疗具体行为层面相关内容，同时注意提升其自我效能水平和加强社会支持。 |

| Objective To examine the level of activation and its influencing factors among patients with mid-term and chronic SCI. Methods The patients with over two-week SCI history in the SCI rehabilitation department of a rehabilitation hospital in Shanghai were surveyed using a general information questionnaire, 13 items Patient Activation Measurement (PAM-13), General Self-Efficacy Scale, and Perceived Social Support Scale. Results The average score for activation among the patients with mid-term and chronic SCI was 59.5±15.4 points and 55.4±11.2 points, separately. The combined percentages of strongly agree and agree for items 1-3, 6, 10, and 13 were at least 88.7%, while the cumulative proportion of other seven items was between 70.8% and 83.7%. The above 6 items showed a high cognition level were associated with the general belief and cognition of a healthy lifestyle, and the other 7 items showed a low cognition level belonged the scope of concrete medical and preventive behaviours. Multivariate analysis showed that duration of illness, self-efficacy, and social support significantly influenced the level of activation among patients with mid-term and chronic SCI; specifically, those who had suffered injury for greater than 3 months and lower than 6 months scored lowest on activation. Conclusions In conclusion, there is an average level of activation observed among patients with mid-term and chronic SCI, and the patients who have experienced injury within greater than 3 months and lower than 6 months deserved special attention. It is recommended to implement targeted self-management interventions for the patients with SCI, while addressing specific aspects related to preventive and medical behaviours based on improving self-efficacy levels and enhancing social support. |
