| 目的 构建维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘血栓(Arteriovenous Fistula Thrombus,AVFT)风险评估工具,以确定维持性血液透析患者AVFT的风险因素,预防AVFT的发生。
方法 在文献研究和专家会议的基础上,采用德尔菲专家函询法构建维持性血液透析AVFT风险评估工具。
结果 经过2轮专家函询后构建的评估工具共包括6项一级指标和36项二级指标,最终确定了维持性血液透析患者AVFT风险评估工具的条目及权重。
结论 构建的AVFT风险评估工具内容较为全面,可为维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘血栓的预防及干预措施的制定提供理论依据。 |

| Objective To construct a risk assessment tool for thrombosis in autogenous arteriovenous fistula for maintenance hemodialysis patients, aiming to identify risk factors for AVFT in hemodialysis patients early and prevent AVFT occurrence.
Methods Based on qualitative interviews and evidence-based methods, a Delphi expert consultation approach was employed to develop the risk assessment tool for thrombosis in autogenous AVFT for maintenance hemodialysis patients.
Results Following two rounds of expert consultation, the constructed assessment tool includes a total of six risk factors and 41 specific items. Standards and importance for the indicator system of thrombotic risk in AVFT for hemodialysis patients were ultimately determined.
Conclusion The constructed risk assessment tool for thrombosis in autogenous AVFT is comprehensive, providing a theoretical basis for the evaluation of thrombotic risk and the development of intervention measures for AVFT in hemodialysis patients. |
