| 目的 构建六西格玛理论下的颌面外科器械管理模式,并探索六西格玛理论在颌面外科器械管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年4月-2024年3月上海某三甲医院颌面外科1470件器械件为研究对象,2023年4月-2023年9月采用常规管理模式的736件器械为观察组,2023年10月-2024年3月采用六西格玛理论管理模式下的734件器械为对照组,比较两组器械的丢失率、包装的错误率、器械磨损率,发放的准确性、及时性,医生使用满意度、洗手护士器械处理的规范性等。结果 实验组器械的丢失率、包装错误率、器械的磨损率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)；器械发放的准确性及时性明显高于对照组(p<0.05);医生器械使用满意度及洗手护士器械处理规范性明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 六西格玛理论应用于颌面外科器械的管理能够有效提升各环节的护理质量及手术整体效率,因而值得继续应用和进一步推广。 |

| The purpose of this study is to construct a management model for maxillofacial surgical instruments based on Six Sigma theory, and to explore the application value of Six Sigma theory in maxillofacial surgical instrument management. Method: 1470 instruments in the maxillofacial surgery department of our hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. 736 instruments under conventional management mode from April 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 734 instruments under Six Sigma theory management mode from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the control group.
