| 【摘要】目的 分析泌乳启动延迟相关研究现状和热点，为开展泌乳启动延迟相关研究提供借鉴。方法 系统检索Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的建库至2023年10月有泌乳启动延迟相关研究文献，通过双人筛选获得目标文献并分析。结果 检索得泌乳启动延迟相关研究文献213篇，截取出现频次≥5次的高频关键词62个，通过共现分析得到6个聚类，主要研究热点为泌乳启动延迟影响因素的研究。结论 目前泌乳启动延迟领域仍具有较大研究潜力，值得研究者们积极关注其研究发展动态，并结合本国实际对泌乳启动延迟深入研究。建议未来注重泌乳启动延迟应用研究，增加研究样本量，探索多元化的预防泌乳启动延迟干预措施。 |

| Abstract: Objective To analyze the current research status and hotspots related to delayed lactation initiation, and provide reference for conducting research on delayed lactation initiation. Method A systematic search was conducted on the Web of Science core collection database, which included research literature on delayed lactation initiation up to October 2023. The target literature was obtained through two person screening and analyzed. Results A total of 213 research papers related to delayed lactation initiation were obtained, with 62 high-frequency keywords with interception frequency ≥ 5 were selected. Through co-occurrence analysis, 6 clusters were obtained, and the main research focus was on the factors affecting delayed lactation initiation. Conclusion Currently, there is still great research potential in the field of delayed lactation initiation, and it is worth actively paying attention to its research and development trends, and conducting in-depth research on delayed lactation initiation in combination with the actual situation in our country. It is recommended to focus on the application research of delayed lactation initiation in the future, increase the research sample size, and explore diversified intervention measures to prevent delayed lactation initiation. |
