| 目的：深入了解医学人文视角下手术室思政教育的真实带教体验,以期发现手术室思政带教中的优势和不足,进一步构建和完善医学人文视角下手术室思政教学实践方案。方法：采用描述性质性研究方法,对10名手术室护士带教体验进行半结构式访谈,并对访谈内容进行分析。结果：对手术室思政教育的真实带教体验提炼出3个主题,即手术室护士应具备的人文素养、临床带教在思政教学方面的问题及思政融入临床带教。结论：手术室护理管理者及临床带教应更加重视思政与临床的结合,优化手术室带教模式,加强师资队伍培训考核,同时增加与实习护士的沟通,从而引导实习护士顺利过渡到临床工作者的身份,并且树立良好的职业观、人生观和价值观。 |

| Objective: To gain a deeper understanding of the real teaching experience of ideological and political education in operating rooms from the perspective of medical humanities, in order to discover the advantages and disadvantages of ideological and political education in operating rooms, and further construct and improve practical teaching plans for ideological and political education in operating rooms from the perspective of medical humanities. Method: A descriptive research method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 operating room nurses regarding their teaching experience, and the interview content was analyzed. Result: Three themes were extracted from the real teaching experience of ideological and political education in the operating room, namely the humanistic literacy that operating room nurses should possess, the problems in ideological and political teaching in clinical teaching, and the integration of ideological and political education into clinical teaching. Conclusion: Operation room nursing managers and clinical supervisors should pay more attention to the combination of ideological and political education with clinical practice, optimize the teaching mode of the operating room, strengthen the training and assessment of the teaching staff, and increase communication with intern nurses, in order to guide them to smoothly transition to the status of clinical workers and establish a good professional outlook, outlook on life, and values. |
