| 目的：总结胃癌患者术后肺部并发症预防与管理的相关证据，为临床实践提供参考。方法：系统检索国内外指南、专业学会网站和数据库中有关胃癌患者术后肺部并发症预防或管理的证据，包括实践指南、专家共识、临床决策、证据总结和系统评价。检索时限为2014年1月至2024年4月。由经过循证护理培训的研究者进行文献筛选、质量评价、证据提取与整合。结果：共纳入16篇文献，包括临床决策1篇、指南2篇、证据总结5篇、专家共识2篇和系统评价6篇，围绕风险评估、肺康复训练、麻醉与镇痛、机械通气、营养与胃肠减压、健康教育6个方面，共汇总形成22条最佳证据。结论：本研究总结的胃癌患者术后肺部并发症预防与管理的最佳证据具有科学性和全面性，医护人员在证据应用过程中需结合患者评估情况和具体临床情境选择相应证据。 |

| Objective To summarize the best evidence for prevention and management of postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with gastric cancer, and to provide references for clinical practice. Methods We searched domestic and foreign guidelines, professional society websites, and databases systematically for the evidence on prevention and management of postoperative pulmonary complications among patients with gastric cancer, including practice guidelines, expert consensuses, clinical decisions, evidence summaries and systematic reviews. The retrieval time limit was from January 2014 to April 2024. Researchers trained in evidence-based nursing carried out literature screening, quality evaluation, evidence extraction and integration. Results Sixteen studies were included totally, including one clinical decision, two guidelines, five evidence summaries, two expert consensuses and six systematic reviews. 22 pieces of best evidence were summarized from the following six aspects, risk assessment, lung rehabilitation training, anesthesia and analgesia, mechanical ventilation, nutrition and gastrointestinal decompression, and health education. Conclusions The best evidence for prevention and management of postoperative pulmonary complications among patients with gastric cancer summarized in this study is scientific and comprehensive. Medical staff should select relevant evidence based on patient assessment and specific clinical situations in the process of evidence application. |
