| 目的 系统检索、评价、提取并总结产后压力性尿失禁预防及管理的最佳证据，为临床制定产后压力性尿失禁预防及管理的最佳管理方案提供依据。方法 根据“6S”证据模型，系统检索国内外计算机决策支持系统、指南网站、数据库、相关专业协会网站中关于产后压力性尿失禁管理的证据，包括临床指南、证据总结、临床决策、专家共识、系统评价及原始研究等。检索时限为2013年1月1日—2023年10月3日。由2名研究者进行文献质量评价和资料提取。结果 共纳入19篇文献，其中3篇指南、4篇系统评价、9篇随机对照试验、2篇队列、1篇专家共识，从筛查评估、预防措施、治疗方式、危险因素、定期随访、健康教育等6个方面形成24条最佳证据。结论 该研究总结了产后压力性尿失禁预防及管理的最佳证据，为医护人员提供循证依据。 |

| Objective: To systematically search, evaluate, extract and summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of postpartum stress urinary incontinence, and provide a basis for clinical development of the best management plan for postpartum stress urinary incontinence prevention and management. Method: Based on the "6S" evidence model, the system searched for evidence on postpartum stress urinary incontinence management from domestic and foreign computer decision support systems, guideline websites, databases, and relevant professional association websites, including clinical guidelines, evidence summary, clinical decision-making, expert consensus, systematic evaluation, and original research. The search period is from January 1, 2013 to October 3, 2023. Two researchers conducted literature quality evaluation and data extraction. A total of 19 articles were included, including 3 guidelines, 4 systematic reviews, 9 randomized controlled trials, 2 cohorts, and 13 expert consensus. 24 best pieces of evidence were formed from 6 aspects, including screening and evaluation, preventive measures, treatment methods, risk factors, follow-up, and health education. Conclusion: This study summarizes the best evidence for the prevention and management of postpartum stress urinary incontinence, providing evidence-based support for healthcare professionals. |
