| 目的 构建基于移动医疗的精准化老年综合评估软件,并探讨其应用效果。方法 组建研究小组,采取专家咨询法明确同质化老年综合评估项目与工具,在循证的基础上形成健康促进建议池,最终搭建基于移动医疗的精准化老年综合评估软件。选取2023年1月—2024年2月浙江省某三级甲等医院老年医学科收治的132例患者为应用对象,比较软件应用后(2023年9月—2024年2月)与应用前(2023年1月—6月)患者生活质量、老年综合评估时长和不良事件发生率,并收集医护人员对该软件的满意度。结果 软件使用后,患者的生活质量综合得分由原先的(53.83±3.82)分提高至(59.11±2.94)分;老年综合评估所用时间由原先的(44.45±5.50)min下降到(40.62±3.63)min(P <0. 05);两组不良事件的比较,差异无统计学意义;医护人员对评估的满意度显著高于应用前(P<0. 05)。结论 使用精准化老年综合评估软件有助于提高患者生活质量,缩短老年综合评估时长,医护人员对该软件的满意度较高。 |

| Objective To construct a precision geriatric comprehensive assessment software based on Mobile Health and to explore its application effects. Methods A research team was formed, and the Delphi method was adopted to clarify homogeneous geriatric comprehensive assessment projects and tools. A health promotion suggestion pool was formed on the basis of evidence-based medicine, and finally, a precision geriatric comprehensive assessment software based on mobile intelligent terminals was established. A total of 132 patients admitted to the department of geriatrics of a third-grade class-A hospital in Zhejiang Province from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the application subjects. The quality of life, duration of geriatric comprehensive assessment, and incidence rate of adverse events before (January-June 2023) and after (September 2023-February 2024) the software application were compared, and nurse satisfaction with the software was collected. Results After using the software, the comprehensive score of patients" quality of life increased from (53.83±3.82) to (59.11±2.94); the time used for geriatric comprehensive assessment decreased from (44.45±5.50) min to (40.62±3.63) min (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups; nurses" satisfaction with the assessment was significantly higher than before the application (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using precision geriatric comprehensive assessment software based on mobile intelligent terminals helps improve patients" quality of life, shorten the duration of geriatric comprehensive assessment, and nurses have a high satisfaction with the system. |
