| 目的 本研究旨在通过设计一种截石位排便器，探究其在促进清醒卧床便秘患者排便方面的实际辅助效果。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年6月期间，在山东省某三级甲等医院各护理单元的清醒卧床便秘患者110例作为研究对象，根据患者入组顺序，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，每组各55例。对照组采用开塞露灌肠结合腹部按摩法促进排便，而试验组在应用开塞露灌肠和腹部按摩后使用截石位排便器，在截石位辅助下排便。评估并比较两组患者的促排便效果、排便时间、排便症状、一次性排净率、患者对排便操作的满意度。结果 试验组在促排便效果、排便时间、排便通畅率、一次性排净率，以及患者对排便操作的满意度上均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合研究结果显示，截石位排便器通过提高直肠肛门角度，减少排便阻力，增强患者自主的排便内推力，显著提高了清醒卧床便秘患者的排便效果，并且减轻了护理人员的工作负担。因此，截石位排便器是一种有效的排便辅助工具。 |

| Objective This study aims to explore the actual assistive effect of a jackstone position defecation device in promoting defecation among conscious bedridden patients with constipation by designing the device. Methods From July 2022 to June 2023, 110 conscious bedridden patients with constipation were selected as research subjects from various nursing units of a tertiary A hospital in Shandong Province . Patients were divided into experimental and control groups using random number grouping, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glycerin enema combined with abdominal massage to promote bowel movements, while the experimental group used a lithotomy position defecator after applying glycerin enema and abdominal massage. Defecation was performed with the assistance of the lithotomy position. The outcomes such as the effect on promoting defecation, defecation time, defecation symptoms, one-time complete defecation rate, patient satisfaction with the defecation process were assessed and compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in promoting defecation effect, defecation time, smooth defecation rate, one-time complete defecation rate, and patient satisfaction with the defecation operation, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive study results show that the jackstone position defecation device significantly improves the defecation effect in conscious bedridden patients with constipation by increasing the anorectal angle, reducing resistance to defecation, and enhancing the patient’s own propulsive force during defecation, while also reducing the workload of nursing staff. Therefore, the jackstone position defecation device is an effective assistive tool for defecation. |
