| 目的 了解居家养老老年人智慧养老体验与需求,为智慧养老的推广提供参考。 方法 采用目的抽样法抽取15名老年人进行半结构深入访谈,采用 Colaizzi 现象学分析法进行分析。 结果 根据访谈资料最终归纳为3个主题和12个子主题:智慧养老便捷(养老服务触手可及、养老产品实用、养老经验传授方便)；智慧养老体验好(改善心理状态、提高生活质量、提升家庭和谐氛围)；智慧养老需求多样化(智慧养老产品开放、保障智慧养老产品安全性、完善智慧养老平台构建、提供智慧养老知识培训机会、专业智慧养老团队需求、加强智慧养老政策支持)。 结论 居家养老老年人智慧养老体验好,智慧养老需求强烈,发展智慧养老服务能够更好的满足居家养老老年人健康养老需求。 |

| Objective to understand family endowment the elderly endowment experience and wisdom needs, provide reference for wisdom of pension. Methods the purposive sampling method to extract 15 elderly semi-structured in-depth interviews, using Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method are analyzed. Results according to the interview final summarized as three themes and theme of 12 children: wisdom convenient pension (accessible pension services, pension products practical, convenient endowment experience); Good experience of smart elderly care (improving psychological state, quality of life, and harmonious family atmosphere); Wisdom endowment demand diversity (wisdom pension products open, security pension product safety, perfect wisdom endowment platform construction, providing intelligence endowment knowledge training, professional pension team needs, strengthen the wisdom pension policy support). Conclusion family endowment the elderly endowment experience good wisdom, wisdom endowment demand strongly, wisdom pension services to better serve the needs of home endowment the elderly health endowment. |
