| 目的:构建基于IMB模型的支气管肺发育不良早产儿出院计划方案。方法:基于循证方法学指导,系统检索、筛选与支气管肺发育不良早产儿出院计划相关的研究,并结合IMB模型整合证据,以信息支持、动机干预以及行为技能指导为理论框架,提出一套科学、系统的出院准备方案,最终通过专家论证法确定方案终稿。 结果:共筛选纳入12篇文献,包括4篇指南、6篇专家共识、1篇证据总结和1篇系统评价。基于内容分析法和IMB模型构建方案初稿,并邀请8名专家对方案内容进行筛选与修改,专家论证权威系数为0.79,最终形成基于IMB模型的支气管肺发育不良早产儿出院计划方案。构建的方案以患儿入院时、住院期间和围出院期3个阶段为时间线,包含了各阶段给予照护者的信息支持、动机干预和行为技能指导。 结论:基于IMB模型的支气管肺发育不良早产儿出院计划方案具有科学性、合理性、可行性、全面性,为临床护理实践提供科学指导。 |

| Objective To construct a hospital discharge plan for premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia based on the IMB model. Methods Based on the guidance of evidence-based methodology, we systematically retrieved and screened studies related to discharge planning of preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia. The IMB model was used as the guidance to integrate evidence, and a scientific and systematic discharge plan was proposed, with information support, motivational intervention and behavioral skills guidance as the theoretical framework. Finally, the final draft of the plan was determined through an expert on-site discussion. Results A total of 12 literatures were included, including 4 guidelines, 6 expert consensus, 1 evidence summary and 1 systematic review. Based on the content analysis method and IMB model, the draft of the discharge plan was constructed, and 8 experts were invited to screen and modify the content of the plan. The authority coefficient of expert discussion was 0.79, and the discharge plan for preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia based on the IMB model was finally formed.This plan took three stages as the time line: admission, hospitalization, and peri-discharge period of preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and included information support, motivational intervention and behavioral skill guidance for the caregivers in each stage.Conclusions The discharge plan for preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia based on IMB model is scientific, reasonable, feasible and comprehensive, which can provide scientific guidance for the clinical nursing practice. |
