| [摘要]目的 本文通过文献计量学方法对国际上远程心脏康复的英文文献进行可视化分析，梳理其研究现状及发展趋势，为我国远程心脏康复的应用提供思路。方法 在Web of Science核心合集中检索建库至2024年3月31日远程心脏康复的相关文献，应用Excel分析整体发文趋势、Cite Space对国家/机构、作者发文量、高被引文献及关键词进行分析。结果 最终纳入316篇英文文献，发文量呈整体上升趋势；发文量前3位的国家是美国、澳大利亚、加拿大；发文机构主要集中在大学和医院；远程心脏康复的研究热点大致为以下4个方面：研究对象的普及性和依从性研究受到高度重视；研究方式从早期随机对照试验研究逐步向最佳循证实践过渡；研究内容呈现现代医学与信息科学的多学科交叉融合趋势；评价指标呈现全方位与深层次化发展。预测未来远程心脏康复领域的发展趋势为应用困境研究。结论 近年来远程心脏康复的研究热度持续增加，进一步提高研究对象的普及性和依从性、促进研究方式的循证转变、推动研究内容的多学科融合与创新、细化研究指标及应对发展困境研究可作为今后远程心脏康复研究领域的发展方向。 |

| [Abstract]Objective This paper visualizes and analyzes the international English literature on tele-cardiac rehabilitation through bibliometric methods, to sort out the current status and development trend of its research, and to provide ideas for the application of tele-cardiac rehabilitation in China. Methods Search the Web of Science Core Collection for literature on tele-cardiac rehabilitation built to March 31, 2024, and applied Excel to analyze the overall trend of publications, Cite Space to analyze the number of publications of countries/institutions, authors, highly cited literature and keywords. Results The final inclusion of 316 English-language publications showed an overall upward trend in the number of publications; the top 3 countries in terms of publications were the United States, Australia, and Canada; the issuing organizations were mainly concentrated in universities and hospitals; and the research hotspots of tele-cardiac rehabilitation are roughly in the following four aspects: the popularity and adherence research of the research subjects have been highly valued; the research mode has gradually transitioned from the early randomized controlled trial research to the best evidence-based practice; the research content presents the trend of multidisciplinary cross-fertilization of modern medicine and information science; and the evaluation indexes present the omni-directional and deep-level development. Conclusions The research fever of tele-cardiac rehabilitation has continued to increase in recent years. Further improving the popularity and adherence of the research subjects, promoting the evidence-based transformation of the research method, promoting the multidisciplinary integration and innovation of the research content, refining the research indexes and responding to the developmental dilemmas of the study can be the future direction of the research field of tele-cardiac rehabilitation. |
