| 【】Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO) acts as a selective pulmonary vasodilator, which has been applied to a variety of cardiopulmonary diseases for the purpose of reducing pulmonary artery pressure and improving oxygenation. To standardize the clinical application of iNO, this review aims to elaborate on its clinical indications, monitoring essentials, termination criteria, nursing points, and precautions. |
