| 目的 调查老年慢性心衰患者认知衰弱现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 本研究为横断面研究，采用利抽样法，选取2022年12月—2024年1月在安徽省某三级甲等医院心内科住院治疗的435名老年慢性心衰患者作为调查对象，完成一般资料调查、问卷调查及血标本检查。采用衰弱量表和简易精神状态量表对认知衰弱进行诊断，并分析老年慢性心衰患者认知衰弱的影响因素。结果 老年慢性心衰患者认知衰弱发病率为31.03%。Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、心功能（NYHA）分级和抑郁是认知衰弱的危险因素，较高的ADL评分、规律运动锻炼是认知衰弱的保护因素（P<0.05）。结论 老年慢性心衰患者认知衰弱发病率较高，医护人员应加强对老年慢性心衰患者认知衰弱的关注，及早采取针对性护理干预措施，预防或逆转认知衰弱的发生。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the cognitive frailty in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and analyze its influencing factors .Methods This study was a cross-sectional study. Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 435 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of a grade-III hospital in Anhui Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the investigation objects. Complete general data survey, questionnaire survey and blood sample examination. Frailty Scale and simple mental state scale were used to diagnose cognitive frailty. Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive frailty in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Results Results The incidence of cognitive decline in elderly patients with chronic heart failure was 31.03%. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, NYHA grade and depression were risk factors for cognitive frailty, higher ADL score and regular exercise were protective factors for cognitive frailty (P< 0.05). Conclusions The incidence of cognitive frailty is higher in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Medical staff should pay more attention to cognitive frailty in elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and take targeted nursing intervention measures as early as possible to prevent or reverse the occurrence of cognitive frailty.. |
