| 目的 通过基于ICU俯卧位通气患者眼部管理证据在临床应用现状进行全面评估,分析障碍及促进因素,并制定行动策略。方法 以JBI卫生保健模式为研究理论框架,总结ICU俯卧位通气患者眼部管理证据共23条。之后采纳专家意见制定审查指标并明确审查方法,在2024年5月至7月期间对医护人员、患者进行基线审查,在临床实践过程中分析存在的障碍和促进因素并制定相应的行动策略。结果 共制订12条审查指标,其中11条审查指标临床实施率＜60%,其中5条审查指标实施率为0%。结论 ICU俯卧位通气患者眼部管理护理循证证据在临床实践应用中仍有一定障碍,应针对障碍因素制定改进措施,促进证据临床转化。 |

| Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical application of ocular management evidence in prone ventilation patients in ICU, analyze the obstacles and promoting factors, and formulate action strategies. Methods Using JBI health care model as the research theoretical framework, 23 evidences of eye management in prone ventilation patients in ICU were summarized. After that, expert opinions were adopted to develop review indicators and clarify review methods, and baseline reviews were conducted for medical staff and patients from May to July 2024 to analyze existing obstacles and promoting factors in clinical practice and formulate corresponding action strategies. Results A total of 12 review indicators were established, 9 of which had a clinical implementation rate of less than 60%, and 5 of which had a implementation rate of 0%. Conclusion There are still some obstacles in the application of evidence-based evidence in the eye management and nursing of patients with prone ventilation in ICU. Measures should be developed to improve the obstacles and promote the clinical transformation of evidence. |
