| 目的 探讨非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者膀胱灌注治疗期间的症状体验，旨在为临床医务工作者进行症状管理提供参考。 方法 采用目的抽样法，选取在云南省某三甲医院行膀胱灌注治疗的15例患者，用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈，采用内容分析法和Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理与分析，提炼主题。 结果 膀胱灌注化疗患者膀胱灌注治疗期间的症状体验可归纳为3个主题：症状感知、症状影响及症状表现结果。 结论 膀胱癌患者在膀胱灌注治疗期间承受着巨大的症状负担，医护人员应早期识别症状，关注症状的动态变化，加强症状管理，关注患者的身心和社会功能变化，在不同的灌注周期为患者采取针对性的干预措施，帮助患者缓解不适症状，降低其产生的影响，提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the symptom experience of patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer during bladder perfusion therapy，and provide reference for clinical staff to manage symptoms. Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 15 patients with bladder perfusion therapy. Content analysis was used to sort out and analyze the interview data and extract the topic. Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results The symptom experience of patients with bladder infusion chemotherapy during bladder infusion treatment can be summarized into three themes：symptom perception；Symptom influence；Symptom presentation results. Conclusions During bladder perfusion therapy，patients confront with a variety of troubles. Healthcare staff should strengthen symptom management，and establish a diversified support system to help patients cope with symptoms effectively，so that improve their quality of life. |
