| 本文总结耳穴“三序”疗法联合耳尖放血治疗失眠伴耳鸣患者的个案护理。护理要点:基于中医辨证施护理论,辨证选取耳穴给予耳穴“三序”疗法；耳尖放血。经过一个疗程的治疗和护理,患者失眠伴耳鸣症状改善,睡眠质量明显提升,耳鸣程度明显减轻。 |

| This paper summarizes the nursing experience of auricular acupoint"three sequences" therapy combined with bloodletting from the ear tip in the treatment of insomnia with tinniwith tinnitus symptoms improved,the quality of sleep was significantly improved,and the degree of tinnitus was significantly reduced. |
