| This article described the nursing care of a child with Kawasaki disease convalescence complicated by toxic epidermal necrolysis whose skin lesion area reaches 100% . The main nursing focus is to give corresponding interventions according to different parts and states of the injury. Also , attention should be paid to pain management, body fluid equilibrium and nutrition supply, strict infection control , parent"s participation in nursing. The child recovered and was discharged after 24 days in hospital. |
