| 目的 系统分析患者院间转运领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势，为后续研究提供参考依据。方法 运用CiteSpace软件对建库至2024年12月31日发表在中国知网及Web of Science中关于患者院间转运研究的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到患者院间转运研究相关文献2 645篇，中国知网及Web of Science最终分别纳入337、1 970篇文献；发文量总体均呈上升趋势；知网共获得10个聚类群及25个突现关键词；Web of Science数据库共获得9个聚类群、25个突现关键词。研究热点包括危重症患者、护理干预、安全管理等。结论 患者院间转运研究具有较强的发展前景，我国学者应借鉴国际热点及前沿发展，结合我国国情，着重研究危重症患者院间转运、院间转运中的护理干预模式、院间转运安全管理以及信息化、高新化院间转运模式，推动我国患者院间转运研究的发展，提高患者转运时效。 |

| Objective: To analyze the research status, hotspots and development trends of inter-hospital transport of patients by using bibliometric methods, so as to provide reference for research. Methods: The literature on inter-hospital transport of patients was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection databases, which was published from the establishment of the database to January 22, 2024. And visualization analysis was taken by CiteSpace. Results: A total of 2870 literatures related to inter-hospital transport were retrieved, and 234 and 1645 literatures were finally included in CNKI and Web of Science, respectively. The number of publications was on the rise. A total of 11 clusters and 25 emergent keywords were obtained from CNKI database. A total of 15 clusters and 25 emergent keywords were obtained from the Web of Science database. Research hotspots include critically ill patients, nursing intervention, safety management and so on. Conclusions: The study of patient inter-hospital transportation has great development prospects. Chinese scholars should learn from international hotspots and cutting-edge developments, combine China's national conditions, and focus on researching critical care patient inter-hospital transportation, nursing intervention models during inter-hospital transportation, safety management during inter-hospital transportation, and information and high-tech inter-hospital transportation models. This will promote the development of patient inter-hospital transportation research in China and improve the efficiency of patient transportation. |
