| 目的：淋巴瘤患者化疗过程中,选择合适的中心静脉置管方式对患者治疗及生活质量至关重要。本研究旨在构建淋巴瘤患者静脉导管选择的决策辅助支持系统,并探讨其在临床中的应用价值。方法：通过半结构访谈确定患者静脉导管选择问题清单,并基于此制定决策辅助支持手册和系统。采用类试验研究设计,将116例淋巴瘤患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规健康教育,试验组在常规健康教育基础上使用决策辅助支持系统。结果：结果显示,试验组患者决策困境显著降低,决策满意度显著提高。结论：患者决策辅助支持系统可有效帮助淋巴瘤患者进行静脉导管选择,提高患者参与治疗决策的积极性和满意度,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Central venous catheterization is crucial for lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy. This study aimed to construct a decision support system for lymphoma patients to choose the appropriate central venous catheterization method and explore its clinical value. A problem list was identified through interviews with patients, and a decision support manual and system were developed based on this list. 116 lymphoma patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received routine health education, while the experimental group received decision support using the system. The results showed that the experimental group had significantly lower decisional conflict and higher decision satisfaction compared to the control group. The study demonstrated that the decision support system can effectively assist lymphoma patients in choosing the appropriate central venous catheterization method, improve their participation in treatment decision-making, and enhance their satisfaction. This system is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
