| 诠释现象分析法（IPA）是质性研究常用的分析方法之一，近几年在国内外护理临床实践、护理管理、护理教育等领域虽已被被广泛地应用，但也呈现出一些需要改进的问题，如对IPA的理解和运用尚不成熟、资料分析的诠释学循环未得到具体体现、研究结果未得到详尽生动的呈现等。因此，本文将详细介绍IPA的概述、发展、理论基础、优势、实施步骤，并对国内外IPA研究应用中的关键进展和实践案例进行综述，以期为护理研究者提供参考，强化护理研究者对IPA的认识，激发研究者兴趣，促进IPA在我国护理领域的运用和发展。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) is one of the commonly used analysis methods in qualitative research. Although it has been widely applied in nursing clinical practice, nursing management, and nursing education in both domestic and foreign countries in recent years, it also presents some problems that need to be improved, such as immature understanding and application of IPA, lack of specific embodiment of hermeneutic cycle in data analysis, and insufficient vivid presentation of research results. Therefore, this paper will provide a detailed introduction to the overview, development, theoretical basis, advantages, implementation steps of IPA, and summarize the key progress and practical cases of IPA research application at home and abroad, in order to provide reference for nursing researchers, strengthen nursing researchers' understanding of IPA, stimulate researchers' interest, and promote the application and development of IPA in the field of nursing in China. |
