| 目的 调查本科实习护生感知护理教育欺凌的现状及其影响因素，探讨艾森克人格在护理教育欺凌和心理弹性水平间的调节作用。方法 采用便利抽样法，选择2023年7月至2024年3月在吉林省3所医院实习的290名本科护生为研究对象，采用一般人口学特征调查表、中文版护理教育欺凌行为量表、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版和康纳-戴维森心理弹性量表对其进行调查。结果 护理教育欺凌总分为（12.17±7.34）分。多重线性回归分析显示，性别、与父母的关系、在实习中与临床带教老师的关系、实习前是否学习欺凌相关知识、性格、心理弹性水平是本科实习护生遭受教育欺凌的影响因素，可解释总变异的 59.7%。艾森克人格在护理教育欺凌和心理弹性水平之间存在正向的调节作用（β=-0.124，P<0.001）。结论 本科实习护生对护理教育欺凌现象的感知处于中下等水平。当护生的心理弹性水平较低时，人格可以调节教育欺凌和心理弹性之间的关系，从而降低教育欺凌感知程度。护理教育及工作者可以从人格和心理弹性方面入手减少护生对于教育欺凌的感知。 |

| Objective To investigate the current status of perceived nursing education bullying and its influencing factors among undergraduate trainee nursing students, and to explore the moderating role of Eysenckian personality between nursing education bullying and levels of psychological resilience. Methods The general demographic characteristics questionnaire, the Chinese version of the nursing education bullying behaviour scale, the simplified scale of the Eysenk personality questionnaire in China, and the Connor-Davidson psychological elasticity scale were used to investigate and analyse 290 undergraduate interns in three hospitals in Jilin Province. Results The total score of nursing education bullying is (12.17±7.34). Results of Person correlation analyses showed a negative correlation between total nursing education bullying scores and total psychological resilience level scores of undergraduate trainee nursing students (r=-0.344, P<0.01). There was a negative moderating effect of Eysenck personality between level of psychological resilience and nursing education bullying (β=-0.129, P<0.001). Conclusion The incidence of bullying in undergraduate internship nursing students in perception nursing education is 90%, which is at the middle and lower level. When undergraduate trainee nursing students had lower levels of psychological resilience, they experienced higher levels of nursing education bullying. |
