| In the context of population aging, dynapenia in older adults has become a major public health concern. This article reviews the conceptual definition, assessment methods, and current research status of dynapenia among the elderly both domestically and internationally. It aims to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and community managers in China about this issue and provide theoretical support for the development of scientific and precise prevention and intervention strategies, thereby improving the quality of life and health standards of older adults. |
