| 【】 Nursing assistants as auxiliary nursing service work personnel, after undertaking low-level, low-skilled care tasks, nurses are able to have time to undertake higher-level health tasks, thereby improving the quality of nursing services. The article briefly introduces the concept of various types of nursing assistants in China, describes in detail the access and training, certification and assessment and management status of various types of nursing assistants, and puts forward a future career development outlook on the current setup and management status, aiming to promote the standardization and scientific management of nursing assistants in China, maximize the cost-effectiveness of the use of nursing human resources, innovate the nursing service model, expand the field of nursing services, cover the medical institutions, communities and home populations to meet the diversified health needs of the people. |
