| 目的 本研究通过系统整合国内外宫颈癌筛查过程中有关于伴侣态度及影响因素的相关质性研究，为提高女性宫颈癌筛查参与率提供理论依据。方法 计算机检索Pubmed、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库，检索数据库为建库至2024年3月。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准（2016版）进行文献质量评价。采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行整合归纳。结果 共纳入9篇研究，提取出30个研究结果，归纳为10个类别，综合为3个整合结果：积极参与提供支持、存在疑虑表示反对、存在期待与希翼。结论 伴侣对于宫颈癌筛查的态度存在差异，医护人员应重视男性伴侣在女性宫颈癌筛查方面的重要作用，将伴侣双方作为共同体进行相关二元干预，提高伴侣对其参与宫颈癌筛查的支持度。 |

| Abstract: Objective This study aims to systematically integrate qualitative research on partner attitudes and influencing factors in the process of cervical cancer screening both domestically and internationally, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for enhancing women's participation rates in cervical cancer screening programs.Methods A comprehensive computerized search was conducted across multiple databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang, Wipu Database, and China Biomedical Literature. The search was executed and the databases were constructed up to March 2024. The quality of the literature was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) qualitative research quality assessment criteria in Australia. A pooled integration approach was employed to synthesize and summarize the findings from the included studies.Results A total of 9 studies were included in the analysis, from which 30 findings were extracted. These findings were categorized into 10 distinct themes and further synthesized into 3 integrative insights: active participation as a form of support, the expression of doubts as a sign of opposition, and the presence of expectations and hopes.Conclusion Variations in partner's attitudes toward participation in cervical cancer screening were identified. Healthcare professionals are encouraged to highlight the crucial role of male partners in women's cervical cancer screening and to implement targeted interventions that engage both partners as a community. This approach is expected to increase support for their partners' participation in cervical cancer screening. |
