| 目的 全面检索、评价、总结有关老年缺血性脑卒中吞咽康复管理的相关文献并形成证据。方法 :对国内外数据库中老年缺血性脑卒中吞咽康复管理相关文献进行系统检索,检索时限为建库至 2024 年10月。由研究者独立对文献质量进行评价,提取并整合形成证据。结果 :共纳入包括4篇指南、9篇系统评价、2篇证据总结、1篇专家共识在内的16 篇文献。从5个方面汇总了25条证据:从吞咽功能的筛查与评估、康复方案的制定、健康教育、自我管理、延续护理。结论:本研究总结了老年缺血性脑卒中吞咽康复管理的证据,在临床实践中,应根据患者个体情况和临床情境,对康复方案及证据进行筛选,从而制定出个性化的康复方案,提高患者康复训练效果,改善患者临床结局。 |

| Objective To comprehensively search, evaluate and summarize the relevant literature on the management of swallowing rehabilitation in elderly patients with ischemic stroke, and to form evidence. Methods: A systematic search was conducted for the literature on swallowing and rehabilitation management of ischemic stroke in middle-aged and elderly people at home and abroad, and the search time was from the establishment of the database to October 2024. The researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature, extracted and integrated the evidence. Results: A total of 16 literatures including 4 guidelines, 9 systematic reviews, 2 evidence summaries, and 1 expert consensus were included. A total of 25 pieces of evidence were summarized from 5 aspects: screening and assessment of swallowing function, formulation of rehabilitation programs, health education, self-management, and continuous care. Conclusion: This study summarizes the evidence on the management of swallowing rehabilitation in elderly ischemic stroke, and in clinical practice, the rehabilitation program and evidence should be screened according to the individual situation and clinical situation of the patient, so as to formulate a personalized rehabilitation program, improve the effect of rehabilitation training and improve the clinical outcome of the patient. |
