| 目的 系统分析口腔智能诊前筛查的管理现状及应用情况，以期为进一步开展智能诊前筛查以辅助管理口腔疾病提供参考。方法 在Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库检索2019年6月2日至2024年6月2日的近五年相关的文献，提取年份、国家、研究类型、筛查人群、筛查方法及管理内容等信息。结果 共纳入文献11篇，智能口腔筛查的方法主要包括基于人工智能的成像技术、基于口腔图像的定量化分析、基于电子健康数据的网络分析和基于人口统计和环境因素的口腔风险评估，口腔智能诊前筛查的管理内容概括为智能化诊断、预防性护理及全周期管理三大特征。结论 随着移动医疗的不断发展，智能诊前筛查主要通过临床诊疗资料、移动化软件及口腔数据系统识别牙隐裂、口腔癌、根尖周炎、牙周病、龋齿等口腔疾病，但目前仍缺乏一个集预筛查、导诊、预约、评估、诊断、监测为一体的闭环系统，因此基于口腔健康与全身健康“筛查-诊断-管理”的相同内涵，进一步实现两者的综合管理、建立积极的自我口腔护理、形成口腔智能健康闭环系统仍需进一步探索。 |

| Objective To systematically analyze the current management status and application of oral intelligent pre-diagnostic screening, with a view to providing a reference for further development of intelligent pre-diagnostic screening to assist in the management of oral diseases. Methods Relevant literature was searched in databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM Literature Database for the past five years from June 2, 2019, to June 2, 2024, and information on the year, country, type of study, screening population, screening method, and management content was extracted. Results A total of 11 papers were included in the literature, and the methods of intelligent oral screening mainly include imaging technology based on artificial intelligence, quantitative analysis based on oral images, network analysis based on e-health data, and oral risk assessment based on demographics and environmental factors, and the management content of intelligent pre-diagnostic oral screening is summarized as three main features, namely, intelligent diagnosis, preventive care, and full-cycle management. Conclusion With the continuous development of mobile healthcare, intelligent pre-diagnostic screening is mainly used to identify oral diseases such as occult fissure, oral cancer, apical periodontitis, periodontal disease, dental caries, etc. Through clinical diagnostic and treatment data, mobilized software and oral data system, but there is still a lack of a closed-loop system integrating pre-screening, guided diagnosis, booking, assessment, diagnosis, and monitoring, so based on the oral health and overall health.. Therefore, based on the same connotation of “screening-diagnosis-management” of oral health and systemic health, further exploration is needed to realize the integrated management of the two, establish active self oral care, and form a closed-loop system of oral intelligent health. |
